I often get asked by friends "How many coats do you need?!" And I always think that a girl can never have too many pairs of coats - considering how cold our winter is. 

I love online shopping and I always find myself browsing the web to see whats in for the season. I was on Zara's website when I came across this gorgeous pale pink fur collar coat that instantly caught my eye. 

I tend not to purchase over sized coats as I don't think they look right on me where I'm tall, however, this coat was an exception. The colour of the coat and the fur collar are both features that attracted me straight away. The pale pink colour appealed to me because its a neutral colour that goes with everything and therefore makes it easier to base outfits around. More-over, the paleness of the colour appealed to me because it represents the freezing cold weather we've been having recently! The coat itself is quite heavy weight and the polyester lining provides warmth as well as comfort. I love the fur collar detail the most as I think it gives the coat a fashionable finish.

I styled the coat with a black, floaty, casual dress that I purchased from a friend's boutique and has a line of sequins and bows on the back, and then teamed the outfit with a pair of black suede over-the-knee platform boots from River Island.
