Whilst researching into some of the Spring/Summer '15 trends I noticed that pastel colours seem to be highlighted throughout the upcoming season; with the "Gingham" trend and "Yellow" trend both being prime examples.

My friend recently bought a pastel blue duster coat which I thought would be perfect to blog about  considering it features this soft colour palette. The coat is designed in a oversize fit that falls generously on the body and has simple long sleeves making it the perfect cover-up for Spring. The coat features a double pocket detail which makes it practical to store belongings in and is also mid-weight and therefore not too heavy on. As well as the soothing pastel blue colour scheme going on, I also really like the structure of the coat and how it looks on. The wide collar design really emphasises the shoulders and makes them look broader.
