The charity 'War Child' uses young people’s creativity to raise awareness and provide support to vulnerable children living in conflict war zones around the world. "Draw me to Safety" is an art project that was first launched in London and its aim is to use art created by children from across the UK and conflict affected countries to promote messages about what the concept of safety means to different children today. The design of the T-shirt Stella McCartney produced came from artwork created by children in the UK and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

This is a major global issue in society that needs addressing and overcoming. I think its great that Stella McCartney is voicing out and making an impact by raising awareness of the issue to people so that the world can do more to help, support and protect children against war.
