Carolina Herrera took a calm and peaceful approach in her Autumn/Winter '15-16 collection where she explored the interpretations of water. 

The collection consisted of cocoon sleeved dresses, cocoon sleeved tops and flippy mini skirts with wavy hemlines, in a directional mix of fabrics. Each garment was decorated in a print of waves, water drops and ripples to give the collection an oceanic flow. In some cases these prints were then mixed with ruffles and crocodile print to give a sense of texture.

The colour scheme throughout Carolina Herrera's collection was a cool palette of stone, blue and grey to complement the water theme, and these colours mixed together to create different liquid forms.
